When I found your book Barbara, I was quite curious as I had never heard about Dorn Spinal Therapy before and didn’t know that there were any exercises related to that. Well, most of them are useless as they just talk about the authors and how great they are and then may be there are some exercises which usually are commonly known anyway. Not so with Barbara’s book.
